Brian Damage and Krysstal return to the Edinburgh Festival for their seventh consecutive year with Pear Shaped Afternoons. Up to two hours of madcap humour in the haunted back room of the White Horse Bar in Canongate. Brian and Krysstal showcase their summer collection of Fringe favourites. Drop-ins, drop-outs, weird and wonderful comedy acts plucked from the streets of Edinburgh.

Something old, something new, something borrowed, something blue. Brian Damage and Krysstal are a unique comedy duo performing all around the UK and London Comedy Circuit. They have been regulars at the Edinburgh Festival since they first met there in 2000. This year they’ve decided to do a show of pure unadulterated silliness. No guests, no themes, just Brian & Krysstal doing what they do best – having fun.

Dear Costume Goddess...

What can you recommend for a tall, pear-shaped dancer? I mean in terms of belt-shaping, but also the overall ensemble. The 10-yard skirt, bra, belt thing is cool, but I'd like to try something different. I love those groovy deMille-type panel skirts but my saddlebags don't. Help?

She served us well - but now it's time to let her go















Hopefully she will find a new home unlike her predecessor who was cremated in Edinburgh by disgruntled locals.

Two Biddies Go To Gozo

A Two Biddies travelogue involving Billy Biddy and Biddy Biddy aka The Three Biddies (although one of them is usually missing) in which case they are known internationally as "The Two Biddies" tell us about the delights of Gozo - a small island surrounded by water not far from Malta which is another small island (also surrounded by water) although slightly larger - but only in size.

Billy and Biddy are actually identical giblets. To the untrained eye Billy is far more identical than Biddy but being a lady she doesn't hold it against him. He doesn't hold it against her either because in some countries that's illegal.
